      进行了6根方钢管再生陶瓷粗骨料混凝土短柱轴压对比试验,通过试验获取各试件的荷载-变形关系曲线和荷载-应变关系曲线,并从试件的破坏形态、极限承载力、延性和耗能的角度分析了陶瓷粗骨料取代率(0%~100%之间变化,中间级差为20%)对其力学性能的影响。试验和分析结果表明:轴压承载力降至约峰值荷载80%时,试件发生典型的斜压破坏和腰鼓破坏,在混凝土压碎区域,天然碎石成颗粒状、陶瓷粗骨料成粉末状;当陶瓷粗骨料取代率为80%和100%时,试件表现出更好的变形能力;当陶瓷粗骨料取代率为60%时,试件的耗能因子极值最大。另外,采用6种国内外相关规范和规程(统一强度理论、拟钢理论、拟混凝土理论、日本AIJ、美国AISC、欧洲EC4)对试件的轴压极限承载力进行计算,并将计算结果与试验结果进行对比分析,结果表明,根据统一强度理论计算的结果与试验结果吻合最好。
英文摘要:
      Comparative axial pressure test on six recycled ceramics coarse aggregate concrete filled square steel tubes short columns was conducted. Through the axial compression test, the load-deformed curves and load-strain curves of short columns were obtained. The influence of ceramics coarse aggregate replacement rate(variation between 0%~100%, level difference is 20%) on the failure modes, bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation of short columns were analyzed in detail. The test and analysis results showed that: When the axial load bearing capacity was reduced to about 80% of the peak load, specimens had two typical failure modes: diagonal compression failure and buckling failure. In the concrete crushing area, the natural gravel became granular and the ceramic coarse aggregate became powder. When the replacement rate of ceramics coarse aggregate was 80% and 100%, the samples had good deformation. When the replacement rate of ceramics coarse aggregate was 60%, the samples had maximal extremal value energy dissipation factor. In addition,adopt six kinds of relevant regulations or standards at home and abroad(the Unified Strengthen theory, the Quasi-steel theory, the Quasi-concrete theory, Japanese code AIJ, American code AISC, European code EC4), the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens were calculated. Compared with the test result, the results showed that the Unified Strengthen theory's calculation results were in good agreement with the test results.
