      为确定不同辅助切口对皮肤移植拉胀性能的影响,开展了多孔移植结构拉胀性能与应用研究。首先,引入三角形和正方形单元,通过单元的旋转迁移与节点耦合构建了不同单元夹角的移植结构;接着,搭建数字图像相关法的拉胀实验系统,对制备的各类移植结构进行拉伸扩张实验研究;然后,根据拉胀应变测量结果建立了以等效泊松比为拉胀参量的表征方法,并以拉伸应力及等效泊松比为评价指标,筛选出拉胀性能最优的移植结构;最后,将最优切口移植结构运用于患者手部创面实例,并与传统无切口结构进行皮肤移植运用对比,验证了辅助切口对皮肤移植拉胀减张的有效性。结果表明,三角形移植结构拉胀性能明显优于正方形移植结构,随着单元夹角增大,2类结构的拉胀性能均呈下降趋势;选取的0°三角形单元移植结构在手部创面移植运用中具有更好的拉胀减张特性,皮肤缝合后产生的缝合应力最小。

      To determine the influence of different auxiliary incisions on the expansion performance of skin graft, the extensibility and application of porous graft structure were studied. Firstly, triangular and square elements were introduced, and transfer structures with different unit angles were constructed through the rotation migration of elements and the coupling of nodes. The tensile expansion test system of digital image correlation method was established to study the tensile expansion test of various transplanted structures. According to the results of tensile strain measurement, a characterization method with equivalent Poisson ratio as the tensile parameter was established, and the optimal tensile structure was selected with the tensile stress and equivalent Poisson ratio as the evaluation index. Finally, the optimal incision structure was applied to the patient's hand wound, and compared with the traditional non-incision structure for skin transplantation, to verify the effectiveness of the auxiliary incision for skin graft expansion and tension reduction. The results show that the tensile properties of triangular transplanted structures are obviously better than those of square grafts, and the tensile properties of both structures decrease with the increase of the element angle. The selected 0° triangle unit structure has better tension and tension reduction characteristics in the application of hand wound transplantation, and the suture stress generated after skin suture is minimal.
