      再生冷却结构是超燃冲压发动机热防护的主要形式,具有重要的应用前景。本文根据超燃冲压发动机热防护技术需求,建立了再生冷却结构超高温加热模拟试验系统,解决了再生冷却结构在内部冷却液流动情况下单面承受高温高热流加热模拟问题。研制的集分水器,实现了再生冷却结构各流道流量的精确控制。利用该试验系统,顺利完成了再生冷却平板结构1500°C瞬态热试验。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,试验结果可以作为再生冷却平板结构防热性能评定的依据。利用该系统所形成的试验技术将为再生冷却结构设计和性能考核提供重要支撑。
英文摘要:
      Regenerated cooling structure is the main structure type of the thermal protection system for Scramjet, which can be used extensively. According to the technique demand of the thermal protection system for Scramjet, An experimental system for the thermal-insulation performance test of the regenerated cooling structure was found, which can simulate difficult problem, that is when the inner cooling fluid was flowing, at the same time , the one side of the regenerated cooling structure suffered high temperature and high flux. The set water segregator was designed, which achieved accurate flux controlling of every flow road. The thermal-insulation performance test for regenerated cooling structure was conducted by the testing simulation system. Heating simulation test that the temperature of the structure hot face can reach to 1500°C was finished successfully. The results showed that the testing system is stable, which can be used for the thermal-insulation performance evaluation. The technique based on the testing system would be the important support for the regenerated cooling structure design and performance assess.
