      为模拟酸雨环境腐蚀条件下试件的极限承载力的变化,进行9根圆形截面钢管混凝土柱的偏心受压试验,试验综合考虑了偏心距、骨料类型和腐蚀程度三个主要参数。研究在通电条件情况下加速试件在酸雨环境下的腐蚀速度机理;分析偏心距、骨料类型和腐蚀程度对试件的极限承载力影响;将有限元软件模拟计算与实际试验进行比对。试验结果表明:使用通电法加速试件在酸雨环境下的腐蚀速率,在一定程度上,法拉第电化学腐蚀定律适用该通电加速腐蚀试验;随着偏心距和腐蚀程度的增加,试件的极限承载力均呈现出降低的趋势,而骨料类型(普通、再生)却对其不存在显著的影响;利用有限元软件ABAQUS对所有圆形截面钢管混凝土偏心受压柱的极限承载力进行模拟,试验结果与之吻合度较高。

      A research was conducted to investigate the ultimate bearing capacity of the 9 concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns subjected to eccentric compression under acid rain corrosion, three main parameters were considered: eccentric distance; aggregate type; corrosion level. A study was conducted on the corrosion rate mechanism of the concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns under acid rain corrosion and the condition of electricity. Test results are obtain: the corrosion rate of specimens were accelerated by current flow method, to some extent, electrified accelerated corrosion test of concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns is applied to the Faraday electrochemical corrosion law; Eccentric distance and corrosion level are two main factors of influencing on the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens, and the aggregate type has no influence on it. this experiment simulate the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns by finite element method, the experimental result tallies with it.
