不同含水率下尾矿与土工格栅界面特性的试验研究

      含水率是影响尾矿加筋结构稳定性的重要因素。通过室内拉拔试验,对不同含水率(1.5%、9.7%、19.3%)下尾矿与土工格栅的界面特性进行了研究。结果表明:最大剪应力与法向应力呈线性相关,能够反映筋-尾矿界面参数似粘聚力和似摩擦角,似粘聚力随含水率增大先增大后减小,似摩擦角随含水率增大先减小后增大,在含水率增大过程中存在界限含水率约10%,在界限含水率下,似粘聚力达到最大值,似摩擦角达到最小值;似摩擦系数随法向应力增大呈非线性递减,可以二次抛物线拟合反映二者关系,在不同含水率条件下,似摩擦系数随含水率增大呈现先增大后减小规律,与对应界面参数似粘聚力的变化一致。试验分析成果对应用土工格栅进行尾矿坝加筋设计有一定的指导价值。
英文摘要:
      The water content of tailings is an important factor to influence the stability of tailings structure with geogrid.The interface characteristics between tailings and geogrid were studied by the laboratory drawing test under different water content of tailings(1.5%、9.7%、19.3%).The results show that:The maximum shear stress of geogrid and normal stress were linearly related,which could reflected the interface parameters of pseudo-cohesion and pseudo friction angle of geogrid-tailings.Pseudo-cohesion increased first and then decreased with the increase of water content,and pseudo friction angle decreased first and then increased with the increase of water content.The water content existed the limit water content of about 10% in the process of increasing water content,on the condition when the water content is limit content,the pseudo-cohesion reached its maximal limit,the pseudo friction angle reached its minimum limit.The pseudo-friction coefficient reduced nonlinearly with the increase of normal stress,which could be used quadratic parabola fitting to reflected the relationship of their.Under the different water content,pseudo-friction coefficient increased first and then decreased with the increase of water content,and it was consistent with the variation law of the corresponding interface parameters of pseudo-cohesion.The analysis results of the test have certain guiding value in the reinforcement design of the tailings dam with applying geogrid.
