      摘 要:介绍了用于解决桥梁水下桩基腐蚀及冲刷问题的玄武岩复合纤维套筒防护技术。为检验玄武岩复合纤维护筒的抗冲磨效果,重点开展了基于水下钢球法的玄武岩复合纤维板材的抗冲磨试验研究。试验结果表明,冲磨试验前后以及不同冲磨周期下试验板材的颜色均存在明显差异;与裸露混凝土试件相比,采用玄武岩复合纤维板防护试验试件的平均抗冲磨强度增加,同时平均磨损系数显著降低;随着冲磨周期的增加,材料抗冲磨强度逐渐增大,而磨损系数趋于稳定。试验验证了玄武岩复合纤维套筒具有较好的抗冲磨能力和长期抗冲磨稳定性,可用于桥梁水下桩基的工程防护。

      Abstract: Aiming at the durability problem of corrosion and scour of the underwater pile foundation of bridges, a practical technique of protecting newly-built bridge pile foundation based on basalt-composite fiber sleeve was put forward. In order to verify the abrasion-resistance performance of basalt fiber sleeve material, an abrasion-resistance experiment was mainly focused on based on the underwater steel ball method. The results show that there is a significant difference in the color of basalt fiber sheets under different abrasion cycles. Compared with the exposed concrete specimen, the average impact strength increased and abrasion coefficient of the basalt fiber covered specimen is significantly decreased. Along with the increase of the abrasion cycle, the impact strength increase and the abrasion coefficient of the material tends to be stable. It is indicated that the basalt fiber sleeve has good anti-abrasion ability and long-term anti-abrasion stability, and can be used in the engineering protection of underwater bridge pile foundation.
