      拉力作用下的高精度扭转形变测量是材料力学性能测试的难点。针对轴形试验件在拉力作用下的扭转形变测量问题,提出了一种基于单目位姿估计的非接触式测量方法。在试验件的一端延伸连接一个轻质平面标志板,利用固定于地面的测量相机对平面标志板实时成像,并根据单目位姿估计原理解算试验件变形前后平面标志板的相对姿态变化。若试验件只发生扭转变形,则平面标志板的姿态变化可由绕试验件轴向的旋转角描述,通过对平面标志板的姿态变化矩阵进行Rodrigues分解,可得到试验件轴向在空间中的向量表示及绕轴向的旋转角大小,该旋转角即为试验件的扭转变形角。搭建了实验平台,开展了实际拉力扭转形变测量实验,结果表明: 基于单目位姿估计的非接触式轴形试验件扭转形变测量方法精度高,系统结构简单,是拉力扭转形变测量的一种有效测量方法。

      The measurement of high precision torsional deformation under tension is a difficult point in testing the mechanical properties of materials. In order to solve the problem of the measurement of the torsional deformation of the shaft specimen under tension, a non-contact measurement method based on monocular pose estimation is presented. The extension is connected with a light plane plate at one end of test pieces, measuring camera fixed on the ground using real-time imaging of plane plate, and according to the principle of monocular pose estimation solution test before and after deformation plane plate relative attitude change. If the test piece only torsional deformation, the attitude change plane sign board can be described by the angle of rotation around the specimen axial, Rodrigues decomposition of the matrix of plane attitude change sign board, can be obtained in the space vector representation and axial test about axial rotation angle size, deformation of the rotation angle is the torsion angle. To build an experimental platform, to carry out the actual tension torsion deformation measurement experiment, the results show that the non-contact monocular pose estimation of axial torsion test method based on high precision deformation measurement, the system has the advantages of simple structure, is an effective method for measuring the deformation measurement of torsional tension.
