      针对铝制容器焊缝内部缺陷的检测问题,本文提出一种基于Snell定律的斜入射的全聚焦成像方法。仿真和实验结果表明,利用该方法可很好实现焊缝中缺陷检测,同时,利用全聚焦成像中高强度声发射区域分布,可实现缺陷深度测量。与不加楔块的直入射纵波检测相比,待检测焊缝位于相控阵探头的主声束方向范围内且远离探头的近场,既提高了缺陷的检出能力,同时又消除了近场区的影响。该方法更适合于工程检测。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at nondestructive testing of internal weld joint of aluminum welded vessels, this paper proposes a method of TFM with oblique incidence longitudinal waves based on Snell's law. For weld joint structure and size characteristics, through ultrasonic arrays experiments with arrays probes and oblique wedges coupled, longitudinal waves obliquely incident to test weld specimens. The oblique wedge will change the direction and propagation path of the beam, thereby affecting the TFM algorithm. To get the full matrix data containing the defect signals by CIVA simulation and experiment, then TFM with oblique incidence longitudinal waves has been developed. CIVA simulation result has shown in good agreement with experimental results. The results has been shown the TFM with oblique incidence longitudinal waves algorithm can be test and located in internal weld joint of aluminum welded vessels .
