      通过对22个Q690高强钢螺栓连接接头的静力拉伸试验,综合分析了Q690高强钢螺栓连接的破坏形态、受力性能和匹配性,讨论了关键参数对承载性能的影响规律。研究表明:螺栓横向布置时,承载力随螺栓端距、边距和间距的增大呈线性增长;螺栓纵向布置时,连接的承载力仅随边距增大而增大,螺栓端距和间距的影响不超过5%。螺栓孔径对承载力的影响主要体现在净截面面积上,螺栓强度等级会影响连接的初始滑移荷载,而对极限承载力影响较小,与Q690钢材匹配的高强螺栓建议取10.9级以上。EC3规范能较好反应端距和边距的影响关系,但偏于保守,ANSI规范的拟合结果与试验值更接近。研究为国产高强度钢材螺栓连接的设计理论和方法提供基础数据。

      Based on the static tensile test on 22 Q690 high-strength bolts’ joints, this paper analyzes the failure mode, the mechanical behavior and the steel matching connected by Q690 high-strength bolts comprehensively, and discusses the influence rules of the key parameters on the bearing capacity. The study shows that when the bolts are arranged transversely, the bearing capacity will grow linearly as the end distance, edge distance and spacing distance of the bolts increase; and when the bolts are arranged vertically, the connected bearing capacity will grow only as the edge distance increases, with less than five-percent influence of bolts’ end distance and spacing distance. At the same time, the influence of the bolt’s holes on bearing capacity is mainly reflected in the net section’s area, and the bolts’ strength grade will exert an effect on the connected initial slip load, but with lesser impacts on ultimate capacity, so the grade of the high-strength bolts matched with Q690 steels is recommended to choose over 10.9. Meanwhile, as a result, the rules of EC3 can better reflect the relationship between the end distance and the edge distance, but which is a little conservative; the fitting results of ANSI rules is closer to the test value. Thus it can be found this study provides the basic datum of the national high-strength steel bolts’ design theory and method.
