      对两种苯基硅橡胶材料的航空发动机隔振器的动力特性参数进行了试验研究。建立了试验测试方法的理论模型,分析了工程近似公式在计算隔振器动力特性参数时的误差,并给出了精确计算公式和迭代求解算法。用振动台扫频试验测得了两种隔振器系统常温下三个轴向的动刚度和阻尼比,以及两种隔振器在不同环境温度下X方向的动刚度和阻尼比。试验结果表明常温下两种隔振器X方向的动刚度都远大于Y、Z方向的动刚度;随着环境温度的升高,两种隔振器X方向的动刚度都逐渐减小;加入阻尼助剂的改进型隔振器的动刚度和阻尼比都大于普通型隔振器。
英文摘要:
      The dynamic performance of two kinds of aeroengine vibration isolators made from phenyl silicon rubber were investigated. The theroetical model of test method was established. The relative errors caused from approximate formulas for calculating the dynamic stiffness and damping ratio were analyzed. The errors of engineering approximate formulas for calculating the dynamic parameters of vibration isolators were analyzed. The accurate formulas and iterative algorithm were provided. The dynamic stiffness and damping ratio of the isolators were measured by sweep vibration method when tested in three axial at normal temperature and in X direction within different temperature range. Test results of two kinds of isolators showed that the dynamic stiffness in X direction is much larger than it in Y and Z direction. The dynamic stiffness in X direction decline gradually along with the increasing of environment temperature. The dynamic stiffness and damping ratio of improved isolator including damping agent is larger than it of normal isolator.
