      为研究扩孔位置和槽孔长边尺寸对摩擦型高强度螺栓连接抗滑移性能的影响,进行了6个试件的抗滑移承载力试验,其中螺栓孔型分别为标准圆孔和槽孔。试验研究了连接件的荷载-滑移关系、抗滑移承载力、荷载折减系数、摩擦面抗滑移系数及接触面孔周磨损形态。研究结果表明:槽型孔对摩擦型高强度螺栓连接件抗滑移承载力有显著影响,相较于标准螺栓圆孔试件的抗滑移承载力降低了12%~29%;与芯板扩孔相比,盖板扩孔对螺栓连接件抗滑移承载力影响更大;连接件的刚度随着槽孔长边尺寸增大而降低。M24摩擦型高强度螺栓抗剪承载力设计时,建议荷载垂直槽孔长边尺寸45mm~72mm的试件仍可采用GB50017-2017规范给出的孔型系数0.7。有限元模型模拟的荷载-滑移曲线与试验曲线基本吻合,该模型可以用于分析摩擦型高强度螺栓扩孔连接件的抗滑移性能。

      To study the influence of the enlarging hole position and the long side size of the slotted hole on the slip resistance of friction-type high-strength bolt connections, the slip resistance bearing capacity test was carried out on six specimens, in which the bolt hole types were standard round holes and slotted holes, respectively. The tests investigated the load-slip relationship, anti-slip bearing capacity, load reduction coefficient, anti-slip coefficient of the friction surface, and the perimeter wear pattern of the contact surface holes of the connection. The results show that the slotted hole has a significant effect on the slip resistance of friction-type high-strength bolt connectors. The anti-slip load-bearing capacity decreases by 12% to 29% when compared to a standard bolt round hole specimen. Compared with core plate reaming, cover plate reaming has a greater influence on the anti-sliding bearing capacity of bolt connectors. The stiffness of the connectors was reduced with an increase in the size of the long side of the slotted hole. For the design of the shear bearing capacity of the M24 high-strength friction bolt, it is suggested that the specimens with the long side size of slot hole of 45mm ~ 72mm under vertical load can still be used according to the hole coefficient of 0.7 given in the GB50017-2017 code. The finite element model simulated the load-slip curve, and the test curve is basically in line with the model. Therefore, the model can be used to analyze the anti-sliding performance of friction high-strength bolt reaming connectors.
