      电石渣作为电石水解后的工业固体废产品,主要成分为Ca(OH)2,因其高碱度而有潜力作为碱激发剂制备碱激发材料。然而,电石渣单独激发矿渣的强度较低(7d强度为21.3MPa),故本项研究中添加了Na2CO3共同激发矿渣,当掺加8%电石渣和12% Na2CO3时的7d强度达到最大的46.8MPa,但掺加Na2CO3后的28d强度均出现了不同程度的下降。本文通过XRD、NMR、SEM、微量热等测试方法,研究了可溶性硅酸盐掺入对电石渣-Na2CO3-矿渣基地聚物后期强度的改善机理。结果表明:2%硅酸钠替代矿渣时有最佳的28d强度为64.48MPa,硅酸钠的掺入一方面能有效促进结构中硅酸盐单体和低聚体的合成;另一方面能减少体系中的Ca(OH)2的碳化,促进凝胶的缩合过程。

      Calcium carbide residue as a by-product of acetylene electrolysis, mainly consists of Ca (OH) 2. Due to its high alkalinity, it has the potential to be used as an alkali activator to prepare alkali activated materials.However, the strength of slag excited by calcium carbide residue alone is relatively low(The 7d strength is 21.3MPa). Therefore, in this study, Na2CO3 was added to jointly excite slag. When 8% calcium carbide residue and 12% Na2CO3 were added, the maximum 7-day strength reached 46.8 MPa. However, the 28 day strength after adding Na2CO3 showed varying degrees of decrease. This article investigates the mechanism of improving the later strength of calcium carbide residue-Na2CO3-slag based polymer by adding soluble silicate through testing methods such as XRD, NMR, SEM, and microcalorimetry. The results show that 2% sodium silicate replaces slag with the optimal 28-day strength of 64.48MPa. The addition of sodium silicate can effectively promote the synthesis of silicate monomers and oligomers in the structure; On the other hand, it can reduce the carbonization of Ca (OH) 2 in the system and promote the condensation process of gel.
