      相机标定是光学测量中的重要关键环节,直接影响光学测量精度。相机标定精度跟标定板的姿态、位置以及标定板图像数量都有关系。而目前对这些因素的系统深入研究鲜有报道。本文对标定板倾角、标定板在相机视场中的位置以及标定板图像数量对相机标定精度的影响进行了较全面地研究。研究结果表明:标定板倾角为 25°左右、标定板中心至相机视场中心距离为 400 像素左右(图像大小为 2048×2048 像素)、标定板图像数量为 20 幅左右时,相机标定精度达到最佳。研究结果对相机标定时标定板位姿和图像数量的选取具有一定的参考意义。

      Camera calibration is an important and crucial step in optical measurement, which directly affects the accuracy of optical measurement. The accuracy of camera calibration is related to the posture and position of the calibration board, as well as the number of calibration board images. However, there are currently few reports on systematic and in-depth research on these factors. The influence of calibration board inclination angle, calibration board position in the field of camera view, and the number of calibration board images on camera calibration accuracy is comprehensively studied in this paper. The results show that when the inclination angle of the calibration board is about 25°, the distance between the center of the calibration board and the center of the camera's field of view is approximately 400 pixels (image size is 2048 x 2048 pixels), and the number of calibration board images is about 20, the camera calibration accuracy reaches the best. The results have certain reference significance for the selection of calibration board pose and number of images during camera calibration.
