      开展激光熔覆层残余应力的定量测量对于零部件的性能评估和寿命预测至关重要。针对以α-Al2O3为传感媒介的光致发光光谱技术,在进行激光熔覆层残余应力测量时所面临的一系列亟需解决的问题,研究了粉体材料中α-Al2O3的优选掺入比例、应力计算方法以及掺入比例对熔覆层残余应力的影响。通过制备5种α-Al2O3含量的钴(Co)基激光熔覆层并进行光致发光光谱测量,分析了可用光致发光光谱信号量随α-Al2O3含量的变化,并结合硬度与耐磨性实验确定了α-Al2O3的优选掺入比例;分析了仅使用某一个谱峰信息和联合使用2个谱峰信息计算得到的应力值的差异。结果表明,激光熔覆层的可用光致发光光谱信号量随α-Al2O3含量的增加先增大后减小,10wt.%可以作为Co基激光熔覆层光致发光光谱应力测量的α-Al2O3优选掺入比例;仅依据某个谱峰的偏移计算得到的静水应力分量的绝对值高于联合2个谱峰信息计算的结果;本文选定的α-Al2O3不同掺入比例几乎不影响激光熔覆层残余应力的大小。

      Quantitative measurement of laser cladding residual stress is essential for the performance evaluation and life prediction of parts. In this paper, a photoluminescence spectrum measurement method for residual stress in laser cladding with α-Al2O3 as a sensing medium was presented. The optimal ratio of α-Al2O3 in powder material, calculation method of stress and the effect of the mixing ratio on the residual stress of the cladding layer were studied. Five kinds of co-based laser cladding with different α-Al2O3 contents were prepared and measured by photoluminescence spectroscopy, the variation of available photoluminescence spectrum signal with α-Al2O3 content was analyzed and preferred α-Al2O3 blending ratio based on hardness and abrasion resistance tests were determined. The difference in stress values calculated by using information from only one peak in the spectrum and combining information from two peaks was analyzed. The results show that, as the α-Al2O3 content content changes, the available photoluminescence spectrum signal of the laser cladding layer increases first and then decreases. 10wt.% α-Al2O3 can be used as the optimal blending ratio for photoluminescence spectroscopic stress measurement of the Co-based laser cladding layer. The value of the hydrostatic stress component calculated by using the offset of only one peak is higher than the calculation result by using the offset of two peaks. The different blending ratios of α-Al2O3 selected in this paper almost do not affect the residual stress of the laser cladding layer.
