      岩石剪切断裂和压剪破坏是岩石材料破坏的主要形式,断裂韧度作为岩石的重要力学指标对压剪破坏规律的认识具有重要意义。为解决现有设备围压冲剪试验(PTS/CP)功能缺乏的问题,基于II型断裂韧度测试方法和现有设备技术参数,开展试验装置功能开发;通过对测试主要组件的技术参数设计和加工实施,在实验室现有设备基础上实现了PTS/CP试验测试功能,并开展了青砂岩的PTS/CP试验研究;测试结果表明在围压侧向约束条件下,岩石试样可获得较理想的冲剪破坏面,且随着围压的增大II型断裂韧度先增大后趋于稳定;通过PTS/CP试验所获得的青砂岩岩样的II型断裂韧度与其单轴抗拉强度、I型断裂韧度指标之间的关系符合常规规律认识,说明PTS/CP测试功能开发的可靠性和有效性,能为岩石及类似工程材料的相关教学和科研工作提供实验支撑。

      Rock shear fracture and compression-shear failure are the main forms of rock material failure. As an important mechanical index of rock, fracture toughness is of great significance to the understanding of compression-shear failure. In order to solve the problem that the existing equipment lacks the function of punch-through shear test with confining pressure (PTS/CP), the test function development is carried out based on the mode II fracture toughness test method and the technical parameters of the existing equipment. Through the design of the technical parameters of the main test components, the PTS/CP experiment is realized on the existing equipment in the laboratory, and the PTS/CP experiment research of green sandstone is carried out. The test results show that under the lateral constraint of confining pressure, the rock have an ideal punching shear failure surface, and with the increase of confining pressure, the mode II fracture toughness first increases and then tends to be stable. The relationship between mode II fracture toughness obtained through PTS/CP, uniaxial tensile strength, and mode I fracture toughness index of green sandstone samples conforms to the conventional understanding, which shows the reliability and effectiveness of the development of PTS/CP test function. and the function development of PTS/CP can provide experimental support for the related teaching and scientific research of rocks and similar engineering materials.
