为揭示聚氨酯材料的超弹特性,本文对邵氏硬度90A的聚氨酯试件进行了单轴拉伸试验,通过数字图像相关法(DIC)获得了试件的全场变形,然后基于虚场法(VFM)的数值程序反演了二阶Mooney-Rivlin模型和Ogden模型的本构参数,最后通过模型更新法进行了验证。结果表明:基于虚场法获得的上述两种超弹本构模型的载荷-位移曲线与试验高度吻合,而通过模型更新法获得的Ogden模型的载荷-位移曲线与试验吻合度不理想,揭示了虚场法相对于模型更新法的优势所在。 |

In order to reveal the hyperelastic properties of polyurethane materials, a polyurethane specimen with shore hardness of 90A was tested under uniaxial tension, and the full field deformation of the specimen was obtained by digital image correlation (DIC) , then the constitutive parameters of the second-order Mooney-Rivlin model and Ogden model are inversed by a numerical program based on virtual field method (VFM) . The results show that the load-displacement curves of the above two hyperelastic constitutive models obtained by the virtual field method are in good agreement with the test height, while the load-displacement curve of Ogden model obtained by model updating method is not in good agreement with the test, which reveals the advantage of virtual field method over model updating method. |
