In order to find the best ratio of epoxy resin curing rock-like materials, the ratio test was carried out by using the uniform experimental design method with compressive strength, elastic modulus and tensile strength as indexes. Epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and diluent were selected as control factors to carry out a uniform design ratio test with 3 factors and 12 levels, and the influence of epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and diluent on the physical and mechanical properties of rock-like materials was studied. The results show that the variation range of physical and mechanical parameters of rock-like materials with different proportions is large, and the compressive strength is 4.79~78.17MPa, which meets the strength requirements. Vertical splitting failure, brittle tensioning failure and swelling deformation failure occurred in the rock-like materials, which were similar to granite, basalt and water-bearing sandstone respectively. The empirical formula between the mechanical properties of rock-like materials and the content of epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and diluent was obtained by regression analysis of uniform test results. The mechanical properties, brittleness indexes and failure forms of the rock-like material calculated based on the formula are in good agreement with the experimental results of red sandstone. The empirical formula obtained can provide a theoretical basis for quickly determining the material ratio of epoxy resin curing method. |
