转动扫描投影云纹方法适用于大面积、高分辨率的三维形貌测量。在转动测量过程中,转轴与转动角度的精确性是确保拼接精度的关键。现有方法主要关注转轴标定,转动角度则由机械转台确定。然而在高分辨率测量中,机械转台的角度精度不足以满足测量需求。本文提出一种基于角度校正的三维形貌拼接方法,该方法结合数字图像相关的匹配技术,利用两个视场公共区域内物体的自身形貌构建相关函数,并采用反向高斯牛顿方法迭代出精确的转动角度,从而实现了转动扫描测量的精确拼接。在系统标定完成后,本文方法只需测量系统对物体进行简单的多角度扫描测量。实验结果表明所提方法在精确校正转动角度的同时,具有简便、灵活等优点。 |

The rotation scanning projection moiré method can be used for large-area, high-resolution 3D profile measurement. In the process of rotational scanning measurement, the accuracy of the rotation axis and rotation angle is the key to ensure the accuracy of the registration. The existing methods mainly focus on the calibration of the rotation axis, and the rotation angle is determined by the mechanical turntable. However, in high-resolution measurements, the angle accuracy of the mechanical turntable is not sufficient for the measurement requirements. In this paper, a 3D profile registration method based on angle correction is proposed, which combines the digital image correlation matching technology, constructs correlation function by using the self- profile of objects in the common area of two fields of view, and iterates accurate rotation angle by using reverse Gauss-Newton method, thus realizing accurate registration of rotation scanning measurement. When the system calibration is completed, the proposed method only needs the measurement system to perform a simple multi-angle scanning measurement of the object. The experimental results show that the proposed method has the advantages of simplicity and flexibility while accurately correcting the rotation Angle. |
