      为研究腹板增强曲面夹芯板在横向外载荷下的弯曲性能,本文以玻璃纤维腹板增强泡沫曲面夹芯板为研究对象,提出了一种变跨距弯曲试验方法测量抗弯刚度。该方法基于腹板增强曲面夹芯板在三点弯曲加载下的载荷-跨中挠度关系,改变跨距对同一试样进行多次试验得到相应坐标点,通过线性拟合得到其等效抗弯刚度,并通过理论研究和有限元分析验证了该方法的可行性。利用有限元参数分析对该方法适用范围进行了研究,结果表明,在跨高与计算半径H/R≤0.12时,变跨距法能够测量腹板增强曲面夹芯板的等效抗弯刚度,为腹板增强曲面夹芯板在工程上的应用提供参考。

      In order to study the bending performance of web-reinforced curved sandwich panels under transverse external loading, this paper proposes a variable span bending test method to measure the bending stiffness with glass fibre web-reinforced foam curved sandwich panels as the research object. The method is based on the load-mid-span deflection relationship of web-reinforced curved sandwich panels under three-point bending loading, and the corresponding coordinate points are obtained from multiple tests of the same specimen by varying the span distance, and the equivalent bending stiffness is obtained by linear fitting, and the feasibility of the method is verified by theoretical study and finite element analysis. The scope of application of the method was investigated by using finite element parametric analysis, and the results show that the variable spanning method can measure the equivalent bending stiffness of web-reinforced curved sandwich panels when the spanning height and the computed radius H/R are ≤0.12, which can provide a reference for the web-reinforced curved sandwich panels to be used in the engineering applications.
