聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维被称为“21世纪超级纤维”,因其优异的力学性能、高热稳定性和阻燃性等而受到广泛的关注,在航空航天、交通运输、新能源等领域拥有广阔的应用前景。然而,PBO纤维在潮湿环境下的老化行为严重影响了材料的长期服役性能,限制了其在高新技术领域的发展和应用,因此如何提升PBO纤维在潮湿环境下的抗老化特性是亟待解决的问题。本研究探索了石墨烯涂层对于PBO纤维在潮湿环境下的防护作用。研究发现,将共价交联氧化石墨烯涂覆于PBO纤维表面能够显著增强其力学性能,通过高温热解还原氧化石墨烯能够进一步有效改善PBO纤维的耐湿性,在50%相对湿度下的强度保留率接近98%,在80% 相对湿度下的强度保留率高达96%。 |

Poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fiber is known as the "super fiber of the 21st century". It has attracted widespread attention due to its excellent mechanical properties, high thermal stability and flame retardancy, showing broad application prospects in the fields of aerospace, transportation, new energy and so forth. However, the aging behavior of PBO fiber in the humid environment seriously affects its long-term service performance and limits its development and high-tech application. Therefore, how to improve the anti-aging properties of PBO fiber in a humid environment is an urgent problem to be solved. This study explored the protective effect of graphene coating on PBO fiber in a humid environment. The study found that covalently cross-linked graphene oxide coating on the surface of PBO fiber can significantly enhance its mechanical properties. Reducing graphene oxide by high-temperature pyrolysis can further improve the moisture resistance of PBO fiber. The strength retention rate at 50% relative humidity is close to 98%, and the strength retention rate at 80% relative humidity reaches as high as 96%. |
