方钢管型钢再生混凝土组合柱地震损伤性能及计算模型研究

      为了探究地震作用下方钢管型钢混凝土组合柱的破坏形态和损伤性能,本文设计制作了9根组合柱试件,通过低周反复荷载试验分析了组合柱的地震损伤特征及滞回性能指标,并对组合柱的滞回性能和地震损伤性能进行了试验参数分析,主要包括方钢管宽厚比、配钢率、轴压比以及再生骨料取代率等参数。考虑到最大位移变形和滞回累积耗能对组合柱地震损伤性能的影响程度,本文对原有Park-Ang地震损伤模型进行了修正调整,通过反演法确定了方钢管宽厚比和再生骨料取代率等主要参数影响下的组合系数,提出了符合方钢管型钢再生混凝土组合柱地震损伤特征及规律的计算模型,深入分析了不同设计参数下组合柱地震损伤指数的发展规律。基于上述研究,将组合柱的性态水平分为正常使用、暂时使用、修复后使用、生命安全和防止倒塌五个等级。结合组合柱的性态水平和地震损伤指标,确立了组合柱的地震损伤破坏状态、性能水平、可修复程度、界限位移角和界限损伤指标之间的关系。研究成果将为评估该类型组合柱在地震作用下的损伤性能提供参考。

      To explore the failure modes and seismic damage behaviors of steel reinforced recycled concrete filled square steel tube columns, this study designed and produced 9 specimens of columns, and the low reversed cyclic loading test were carried out on the composite columns, so as to analyze the seismic damage characteristics and hysteresis indicators of columns. The influences of width-thickness ratio of square steel tubes, profile steel ratio, axial compression ratio and replacement rates of recycled aggregate on the hysteretic behaviors and damage performance of columns were also investigated. Considering the influence levels of maximum displacement deformation and hysteresis cumulative energy dissipation on the seismic damage performance of columns, this paper had made the modifications and adjustments to the original Park-Ang seismic damage model. The combination coefficients of parameter influence such as the width to thickness ratio of square steel tubes and replacement rates of recycled aggregate were determined through the inversion method. A seismic damage calculation model suitable for the seismic damage characteristics and development laws of columns was constructed, and the development laws on the seismic damage indexes of composite columns under different design parameters was also analyzed in depth. The composite columns were classified into five modal levels, such as normal use, temporary use, use after repair, life safety, and collapse prevention, etc. Combining the performance levels and damage calculation indexes of composite columns, the corresponding relationship between the seismic performance levels, damage states, repairable degrees, displacement angles and damage indexes of columns was finally established. The results of study will provide a reference for research to evaluate the damage performance of the columns under seismic action.
