通过对三向Kevlar纤维增强(3DKW)复合材料的系列抗弹实验,研究了不同厚度靶的抗弹性能。通过“跨界速度区”方法直接测定了靶材的弹道极限V50值;在分析完全贯穿区实验数据的基础上,对靶材抗标准模拟钢球弹的贯穿耗能E和靶板面密度Fp的关系进行了总结,求得了材料单位面密度的耗能因子λ,并对靶材的弹道极限速度V50的值进行了预估;提出了一种改进的能量分析工程模型,以该模型和完全贯穿实验数据为基础,得到了靶材的弹道极限V50值。本文对V50值的预测与实验结果良好符合。 |

By a series of ballistic experiments of three Dimensional orthogonal Kevlar Woven (3DKW) composite targets, the ballistic resistance properties of 3DKW targets with different thickness were investigated; the value of ballistic limit V50 was directly deduced by “Trans-critical velocity zone” method. Based on experimental data of whole penetration-zone, the relation of consumption energy of 3DKW target penetrated by a standard steel ball E and plane-density of target Fp was summarized, and the value of consumption energy factor per plane-density λ was obtained, moreover the value of ballistic limits V50 was forecasted. Furthermore, an improved engineering energy analysis model was presented. Based on the modified model and the experimental data, the ballistic limits V50 of 3DKW target were obtained. All forecasted values of V50 are in good agreement with the experimental results. |
