研究了不同拉-扭与压-扭比例载荷和电场耦合作用下铁电陶瓷PZT53的屈服行为。通过自己设计的力电加载装置,结合材料试验机和电压放大器对PZT53在多轴力电耦合载荷作用下应力-应变行为进行测量,结合陈和卢的理论,得出了极化和未极化的PZT53陶瓷在多轴力载荷下的初始屈服面和破坏面。结果表明初始屈服面类似于Drucker-Prager屈服面,本文提出了一个屈服准则,较好的符合实验结果。实验发现PZT53陶瓷破坏行为符合最大拉应力破坏准则。对于极化的PZT53陶瓷,还研究了偏置电场对应力-应变行为的影响,结果表明偏置电场大于0.6kV/mm时,PZT53陶瓷的屈服现象消失。本文工作为发展铁电陶瓷PZT53的多轴力电耦合唯象本构模型提供了实验基础。 |

Multiaxial yield behavior of poled and unpoled ferroelectric ceramic PZT53 was measured under different proportional tension-torsion loading and compression-torsion loading until destroy. Deformation was measured using strain gauges. These results were used to map out “Yield” and “destroy” surfaces, which were found to be a function of the polarization. Yield surface is similar to Drucker-Prager yield surface. A yield rule is suggested in this paper to match the experiment. Destroy behavior corresponds to maximal principal normal stress rule. For poled PZT53, the effect of bias electric field on its multiaxial behavior was also explored. Results indicate that the “Yiled” surface has disappeared when the bias electric field exceeds 0.6kV/mm. All above-mentioned knowledge will provide an experimental foundation for constructing the micro-mechanics phenomenological constitutive model of ferroelectric ceramic materials. |
