为了改进单管爆炸烧结装置所得成品诸多缺陷,本实验对烧结装置进行双管设计且添加轴芯的方法,以消除聚心滑移爆轰驱动单管压实过程中常伴随的裂纹及马赫孔现象;同时,由于外管在间隙中飞行所实现的聚能效果使碰撞压力较高,且应力波在双管及轴芯之间的传播、反射使其较之于单管情形而言,烧结体更致密、均匀。最后通过对钨、铜、镍、钴混合金属粉末的烧结体进行分析,其相对密度达98.3%;宏观硬度测试结果表明块体沿径向洛氏硬度非常接近,因而可以推知其强度、密度沿径向分布较为均匀。 |

In order to improve defects of single-tube sintering, bimetallic tube compaction equipment was designed with a solid rod along the container central axis. Comparing with the single tube equipment, new design can avoid cracks and Mach Stem occurred often in compaction process due to the convergent slide detonation. Besides, since the external tube has an energy concentrating effect when the detonation wave propagated through the gap, and the propagation and reflection of stress wave between bimetallic tubes and the solid rod, so the impact pressure is severalfold higher, therefore the metallic powders can be compacted much tighter and more uniform along the radial. Sintering powders of tungsten, copper, nickel and cobalt were analyzed. Results show that the relative density has reached 98.3% and HRB hardness along the radial is nearly equal. Based on the relationship between the strength and hardness, it is deduced that both the strength and density along the radial are about uniform. |
