      针对两种不同充液密闭柴油箱,一种油箱为普通柴油箱,另一种为在油箱内层附带橡胶层的柴油箱,在一定速度范围内开展了钨合金燃烧破片撞击、引燃油箱的实验研究。试验采用高速录像拍摄破片撞击油箱的过程。研究发现,带有橡胶的油箱具有自闭合功能,在735m/s~1320m/s的速度范围内不能被引燃,而不带有橡胶的油箱可被引燃。为了揭示这种带有橡胶材料油箱的自闭合现象,利用LS-DYNA软件,选定橡胶材料为超弹性材料,对破片撞击带有橡胶结构的油箱进行了数值仿真。仿真结果表明带橡胶油箱具有自闭合力学机理。
英文摘要:
      Experiments involved tungsten alloy burning-fragment impacting and igniting an airtight box filled with derv were carried out in a certain velocity range. Two kinds of oil box were used in the experiment, one is ordinary derv box, the other one is box lined with rubber layer in the inner wall. High-speed kinescope equipment was used to screen the process of fragment impacting derv boxes, and the results indicated that the boxes lined with rubber layer in the inner wall had a self-sealing function and were unignited in a velocity range 735m/s ~1320m/s; on the other hand, the boxes without lined rubber layer were ignited. To comprehend the self-sealing function of derv boxes with inside-rubber layer, numerical simulation of fragment impacting derv boxes was carried out by using LS-DYNA software and based on a suppose that rubber material is superelastic. Simulation results show that the boxes lined with rubber layer in the inner wall have self-sealing mechanism.
