      采用影像云纹法和时域相位分析技术研究了物体形貌测量的新方法。通过研制高精度旋转平台,利用栅线旋转的方式使栅线的空间频率以一定的规律变化,使物体的离面高度与该点的灰度变化率有关。在利用FFT确定灰度变化频率时,采用补零的方法提高了频率的确定精度,从而有效地提高了物面形貌测量的精度。实验发现:当补零倍数达到原始长度的128倍时,使用空间频率为5 l/mm的栅线精度可以达到0.02mm。本文讨论了该方法相关技术参数的选取方法,给出了标定实验和利用该测量系统实际测量门齿生长发育沟的实例,阐述了牙齿表面形貌数字化在牙科修复手术中的意义。通过具体标定过程与应用实例,证明了本文提出的测量方法提高了测量精度,简化了测量过程,在云纹干涉形貌测量领域有了新的突破。

      Shape measuring techniques are discussed in this paper based on shadow moiré and temporal phase analysis. A high precision rotary stage was designed and manufactured to enable the spatial frequency of grating to vary linearly. In this way, the height of object surface becomes a function of the grayscale variation frequency. Fast Fourier Transform was used to identify this frequency in the sequential images. Zeroes were added to the grayscale array prior to the FFT to improve the precision of the measurement. It was found that when the length of zeros was 128 times of the original data, the precision of the height measurement can reach 0.02 mm with a grating whose spatial frequency is 5 lines/mm. Calibration test and a practical application to measure the human incisor grooves growth are presented in this paper, which indicates the potential applications to determine tooth shape in dental restoration. Detailed measurement process is illustrated to show that this new measuring technique is easy to achieve high precision.
