      采用DH5923动态信号测试分析系统对C80机车救援抬轮器受力进行了实验测试。整个测试利用计算机1394接口进行长时间,无间断记录多通道动态信号。记录了机车按照不同速度前行、倒行时相应各点应变随时间的变化情况;给出了六个测试点不同测试时段峰值应变列表;并实时记录了整个测试阶段轴承温度的变化曲线;发现了在道岔处测试点应变和温度变化剧烈;同时得到了整个运行过程中抬轮器轴承的最高温度值。实验表明抬轮器性能指标达到设计要求,能够安全运行,也为以后抬轮器进一步改进提供了一定的实验数据。
英文摘要:
      DH5923 dynamic signal analysis system was adopted to measure the stress in rescue device equipped on a C80 Locomotive. The test recorded multi-channel dynamic signals in a long time period without interruption based on computer interface (1394). Computer recorded the strain profile when locomotive moved forward and backward with different speeds. Strain peaks of six test points during different time periods were also acquired in experiments. Real time temperature curves of wheel shaft were recorded during whole test. Results show that temperature and strain of test point on railroad switches present dramatic changes. The highest temperature of wheel shaft in whole test process was also obtained. Experiments show that the performance of rescue device meets the design requirements. The experiment data are also helpful for further improvement of rescue device.
