为了开发C130的超高强度混凝土,通过室内实验着力分析了高强度范围的强度影响因素、材料的配合比和使用材料。实验结果表明,C130的超强度混凝土可在水灰比14%~16%、养护材龄28天的条件下达到预期强度目标;对于水灰比的减小对混凝土强度的减弱影响,其最小限值为14%;但在适当的材料配合比条件下,用水量及粗集料用量对混凝土强度的影响不十分显著。对于硅酸盐水泥、低发热普通水泥和前二种水泥中再掺入石膏粉的3种类水泥,硅酸盐水泥制作的混凝土强度最高;粗集料的种类对混凝土强度影响较大,最大差值可达约30%;从混凝土抗压强度与集料抗压回弹模量之间的相关分析可见,粗细集料的回弹模量对混凝土强度有一定程度的影响。 |

In order to develop C130 ultra-high strength concrete, it is necessary to analyze the intensity factors of high-strength range, applied materials and mixture proportion based on indoor experiments. Experimental results show that C130 ultra-high strength concrete may be made in water-cement ratio 14%~16%, and under the conditions of curing time of 28 days, anticipated strength value is achieved. In regard to the influence of water-cement ratio reduction on intensity decline, its minimum limit value is about 14%. Under the condition of appropriate mixture proportion, concrete strength is not changed significantly by water volume and the amount of coarse aggregate. In regard to Portland cement, low-heating ordinary cement and mixed cement put any gypsum powder in the former two kinds of cements, the concrete strength made by Portland cement is highest. Concrete strength is influenced greatly by the kinds of coarse aggregate, biggest value of which is about 30%. Correlation between the compressive strength of concrete and Young modulus of aggregate shows that the Young modulus of coarse and thickness aggregates has a certain extent influence on the concrete strength. |
