      对铝-铝同质金属爆炸焊接进行系列实验,研究不同装药比条件下焊接界面的变化特征。所得试件的金相照片表明,焊接界面均具有宏观波状,但其细观形貌又不同于文献报导的连续性波状界面。本次实验得到的三种界面随装药不同而分别呈正弦曲线型、点线型及纯点型,且后两者不再连续。最后利用爆轰波与金属壳表面相互作用理论进行分析,认为焊接界面细观形貌由射流厚度及堆积特征决定,其中界面连续性类似于水流连续性对流量的依赖,当射流厚度不足时难以形成连续界面。
英文摘要:
      A series of Al-Al explosive welding experiments were carried out to investigate the morphology characters of welding interface under the condition of different charge ratios. Metallographic photos of specimen obtained from experiment show that all welding interfaces present macroscopic waveform. But their mesoscopic morphologies are not all continuous waveform, which is not agreed with literature references. Along with the change of charge ratio, microscopic morphologies present sine curve, dots and lines type and all dots type, respectively, the latter two morphologies are discontinuous. Microscopic morphology of welding interface can be explained by theory of detonation wave acting on metal surface. They are determined by the jet thickness and accumulation. The interface continuity is similar to the relationship between continuous water flow and flux. When jet thickness is enough, continuous wave interface is presented, otherwise, interface is discontinuous. Along with the jet thickness becomes thinner and thinner, continuous welding interface transforms into discontinuous one and the discontinuity becomes more severe.
