采用DOP实验方法,进行了35CrMnSiA杆弹对不同钢纤维体积含量的钢纤维混凝土的侵彻实验。分别研究了杆弹着速和钢纤维体积含量对钢纤维混凝土抗侵彻性能的影响。实验表明,随着弹速增加,不同钢纤维含量的钢纤维混凝土侵彻深度都会增加,但钢纤维混凝土中弹体侵深增加较素混凝土缓慢;而钢纤维能增强混凝土的抗侵彻性能,且随钢纤维体积含量的增加,开坑直径显著减小,侵彻行程也会降低。研究成果可用于指导防护工程及战斗部工程的设计。 |

Penetration experiments of 35CrMnSiA long-rod projectile were performed for steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) with different steel fiber volume fraction based on DOP methods. The effect of long-rod projectile's striking velocity and steel fiber volume fraction on SFRC's anti-penetration performance was investigated, respectively. Experimental results show that as the striking velocity increasing, the penetration depth increases for all SFRC with different steel fiber volumes. But the increase of SFRC penetration depth is slower than that of plain concrete, which indicates that the steel fiber can considerably enhance the penetration resistance of concrete. As the steel fiber volume fraction increasing, the penetration distance decreases remarkably and penetration depth decreases accordingly. Above results be used for the design of defence project and warhead project. |
