军用运输车辆在运载弹药的过程中,车身的振动会影响到车载弹药的安全性和可靠性。本文针对我军某常用型号运输车的弹药运输过程,使用动态信号测试系统对车身进行了振动测试,对车辆的多输入多输出系统进行了建模。用MATLAB对实测信号进行处理,用Hn方法估计振动系统的频响函数矩阵,并对辨识出的结果进行了检验。该成果对如何提高车载弹药安全性的研究提供了一定的理论依据,同时可以作为分析整车振动系统传递函数、振动强度和结构参数的基础。 |

Vibration of the military transportation vehicle will affect the safety and reliability of vehicular munitions when vehicle carries ammunition. In this paper, the dynamic signal test system is used to test the vibration of a common model transportation vehicle in army during ammunition is being transported and a model for the MIMO system of transport vehicle is established. The measured data is dealt with MATLAB and the frequency response function matrix of vibration system is estimated with the Hn method. The obtained results are verified. A theoretical basis on the research of how to improve safety of vehicular ammunition is provided. The procedure can also taken as a foundation of analysis for the transfer function of vehicle vibration system, vibration intensities and structural parameters. |
