      本文以成层式人防工程结构为背景,采用一种由泡沫粘土烧结而成的球形空壳颗粒材料构建分配层,通过大比尺野外化爆试验,对比分析了集中装药载荷下,常规黄沙分配层和空壳颗粒材料分配层的抗爆吸能效果。结果表明,本文使用的空壳颗粒材料兼具多孔材料高效削波吸能和壳体结构强度高的双重特性,不但对爆炸波有很强的衰减作用,且具有经受多次打击的能力。与黄沙相比,空壳颗粒材料构造的分配层对应力波峰值的衰减要高出40%以上,因此可以有效地提高地下防护结构的安全,具有较高的推广价值和广阔的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      A kind of spherical shelly cellular material sintered of foamed clay was used to build distribution layer in civil defense engineering. In order to study and compare the explosion load bearing performance and energy absorption effect of distribution layer under concentrated blast loading, large scaled field explosion tests were performed for conventional sand distribution layer and shelly cellular distribution layer, respectively. Results show that the shelly cellular material has both effective capability to attenuate stress wave and high strength, moreover distribution layer made of the material has capability to bear multi-blasting load. The peak stress of distribution layer made of the shelly cellular material decreases more than 40%, compared with that of the sand distribution layer. Therefore, it is concluded that the safety of underground structures made of this new material can be improved greatly and hence this material has potential extensive application in civil defense engineering.
