在爆炸与冲击实验中,常利用冲击摆等实验装置间接测量载荷的瞬态冲量。但是针对该类装置的校准方法较少,因此难以确定实验装置的测量精度和可信度,对所获取冲量数据的分析处理带来了一定困难。文中通过测量Hopkinson杆中入射与反射脉冲的应力波形σ(t),得出该脉冲动量的变化量,并将该变化量作为标准值对现有冲量测试装置进行校正。根据这一原理建立了一套针对爆炸与冲击环境下冲量测试的校准系统。利用该系统对一种水平导轨方式的冲量测试装置展开校准实验,所得结果确定了该装置的测量精度和可信度,同时证实了该校准方法的可行性。 |

Ballistic pendulum and other experimental devices are often used to measure transient impulse load indirectly in explosion and shock experiment. However there is less calibration method for such devices, so it is difficult to determine the measurement accuracy and reliability of such experimental device and to analyze the acquired impulse data. Now, an impulse calibration method is proposed to solve this problem, based on Hopkinson bar. Hopkinson bar is widely used to measure mechanical behavior of materials under high strain rate. By measuring the stress waveform of incident and reflected pulse of Hopkinson bar σ(t) respectively, the momentum variation of impulse can be calculated, and this momentum variation is used as standard value for calibration of existing impulse measurement device. Based on this principle, a set of calibration system for impulse measurement in explosion and shock environment was established. Using this system, calibration for a horizontal rail mode impulse measurement device was carried out. Results show that the accuracy and reliability of the device are determined, and the feasibility of this calibration method is confirmed. |
