      本文对温、热拌SBS改性AC-20开展了6个不同温度条件的室内击实试验。以等体积原则初步提出碾压温度;然后结合集料加热水损失情况,模拟拌和楼的工作条件,进行了4种温度下的变温击实试验和路用性能检验,进一步确定了碾压温度;接着根据拌和楼试拌混合料的性能,提出各个阶段的施工温度建议值,并据此进行了试验路铺筑;最后利用红外热像仪、无核密度仪和钻芯取样等对现场进行检测与评价。试验结果表明:室内外工作条件差异直接影响混合料的施工温度,模拟拌和楼工作条件下得到的施工碾压温度为135℃左右,比室内试验的高了15℃;Sasobit使混合料的碾压温度降低了约25℃;降低一定拌和楼集料加热温度的温拌方式不会影响集料的水分蒸发,试验路性能也说明所建议的各个施工阶段温拌混合料施工温度是合理可行的。

      Indoor compaction experiment of warm-mix and hot-mix SBS modified AC-20 was carried out at six various temperatures, respectively. The rolling temperature was presented initially based on equal volume principle. Taking into account the aggregate moisture loss during heating and simulating mixing plant working conditions, variable temperature compaction experiments at four various temperatures were carried out and related pavement performances were examined. Thus, the rolling temperature was further determined. Furthermore, according to the performance of mixture from mixing plant, the construction temperatures on various stages were recommended, based on which, the field trial pavement was paved. At last, the field evaluation was conducted by using infared thermography, seedless densitometer and drill core sampling. Experimental results show that different indoor and outdoor working conditions may directly affect the construction temperature of mixture. The rolling temperature obtained from simulation of spot mixing plant is about 135℃, which is 15℃ higher than that from indoor experiment. Results also indicate that the rolling temperature of Sasobit warm-mix mixture decreases about 25℃. Experimental results of moisture loss demonstrate that warm-mix method decreases aggregate heating temperature to some extent and does not affect the moisture loss. Finally, the performances of field trial pavement indicate that the recommended construction temperatures for Sasobit modified warm-mix mixture on various stages are reasonable and feasible.
