中文摘要:
      不考虑齿间啮合功率损失和挤压功率损失因素,直接使用实验的方法对单独运转的直齿轮进行搅油功率损失测定。首先,在对影响搅油功率损失的齿轮模数、齿数、齿宽、转速、没齿深度比以及润滑油的密度、粘度等多个参数进行研究的基础上,使用流体力学π定理得到直齿轮搅油功率损失普遍公式。然后进行了各种参数依次变化的分组实验,根据数据拟合计算确定了普遍公式中的待定系数,同时对直齿轮搅油的现象及各参数对搅油功率损失的影响进行了分析。结果表明,实验获得的拟合公式能在中低转速条件下有效预测搅油功率损失数值。本文结果可为后续一对齿轮啮合时的搅油功率损失计算与测定提供了理论基础和方法依据。
英文摘要:
      Churning power loss of single operating spur grar was directely measured through experiment, without taking into account the inter-tooth meshing power loss and the extrusion power loss. First, general formula of a single spur gear power loss was obtained by using π theorem in fluid mechanics, based on the analysis of influencing factors, including module of gear, number of teeth, gear facewidth, rotation speed, oil immersion depth of gear and lubricant density and viscosity etc. Second, grouping experiment for above-mentioned influencing factors was carried out. The undetermined coefficients in general formula were determined based on the data fitting calculation. At the same time, the phenomenon of spur gear churning and the influence of above parameters on the churning power loss were analyzed. Results shaow that spur gear churning power loss value can be predicted effectively by using the fitting formula under condition of low and medium rotation speed. Above results provide the theoretical basis and method for further calculation and measurement of a pair of gears churning power loss in meshing gears.
