本文介绍了温度测试的基本原理和方法,以及发动机延伸管及外罩的温度场测试方法,通过双三次插值的方法得出发动机延伸管及外罩的温度场分布图。通过试验发现:延伸管的温度最高大约350~400℃,要比外罩(最高200~250℃)的温度高很多;且总体而言靠近内部(安装固定位置)的温度要比外侧偏高。比较发动机三个状态的温度分布,试验时依次进行的是巡航状态、额定状态和起飞状态,可以发现在起飞状态,由于转速较大,延伸管内的气流流速较大,因此,延伸管温度相比其他两个状态稍高,这可由分布图得到。不过,各状态温度数值上差别并不大,温度场分布也基本一致。 |

Basic principle and method of temperature measurement are introduced first in this paper, and the measurement method for temperature field of engine extension tube and cover is also introduced later. Using bicubic interpolation method, the temperature distribution of engine extension tube and cover was obtained. Experimental results show that the highest temperature of engine extension tube is about 350~400℃, much higher than that of cover (200~250℃). And overall, the temperature close to the internal position (fixed installation) is higher than that on outer side. Comparing the temperature in three different states (cruise state, rated state and take-off state), the temperature in take-off state is higher than that in other two states due to greater rotation speed and greater air flow speed. But the temperature difference in every state is not obvious, and the temperature distribution is basically in an agreement. |
