随着内聚力模型的应用越来越广泛,获得材料内聚力区参数成为了材料断裂行为研究的一个重要内容。本文提出了一种实验测量与数值模拟相结合的材料内聚力区参数反解方法。该方法首先利用数字图像相关方法测量试件裂纹尖端的内聚力区分离量,然后利用数值辅助场以及交互J积分与路径无关的性质反解内聚力区牵引力。本文利用数值实验验证了这一方法的有效性,并对反解过程中积分路径、网格密度等因素对求解结果的影响进行了讨论。最后,利用本方法求取了20%体积含量随机云杉短纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料(云杉/PP复合材料)的内聚力区参数。 |

With the more and more extensive application of the cohesive zone model, to obtain parameters in material cohesive zone model becomes important content for material fracture behavior investigation. In this paper, an inverse solution algorithm for parameters in cohesive zone model based on the combination of experimental measurement and numerical simulation is proposed. This method firstly measure the separations in the cohesive zone at the crack tip of specimen based on digital image correlation method. Then, the traction in the cohesive zone can be inversely solved by using numerical auxiliary field and interactive J-integration path independence. The effectiveness of this method in extracting the cohesive zone low from measured displacements is validated through numerical experiments, and the influence of factors such as integration path, mesh density on solution during solving process were discussed. At last, the method is used to extract the cohesive zone low of the spruce/PP composites with 20% fiber volume content. |
