      人类面部皮肤力学性能对面部手术、整容和表情形成机理等研究工作具有重要意义,但目前对面部皮肤力学性能的研究尚不完善,特别是实验方法和实验设备开发等方面还存在较多问题。本文提出一种适用于面部皮肤的加载装置,可精确实现直线运动,并通过微力传感器测量探针与皮肤之间的接触力,得到接触力-探针位移曲线,测得面部皮肤有效弹性模量E*为5.6~11kPa,皮下组织的厚度直接影响着皮肤的有效弹性模量,皮肤组织较薄的颧骨区域E*为9.3~11kPa,较厚的嘴角及脸颊区域E*为5.6~8.9kPa。此外,利用3D-DIC(三维数字图像相关技术)对皮肤表面变形场进行测量,其变形场特征充分体现出皮肤的各向异性。结果为深入研究面部皮肤本构关系打下了基础,也可为面部生物力学研究提供实验数据支持。
英文摘要:
      Mechanical properties of human facial skin are of great significance for facial operation, cosmetic surgery and the research of facial expression formation mechanism. However, the investigation on facial skin mechanical properties still has a lot of imperfections, especially, there are many unsolved problems in experimental method and the development of experimental devices. A loading device suitable for facial skin is presented in this paper, which can accurately realize rectilinear motion and measure the contact force between probe and the skin by micro force transducer. In this study, the contact force-probe displacement curve was obtained, and the facial skin effective modulus of elasticity was measured as 5.6~11kPa, which is directly affected by thickness of the subcutaneous tissue. The facial skin effective modulus of thin skin in zygomatic region is E*=9.3~11kPa, and is E*=5.6~8.9kPa for thicker skin in mouth and cheek areas, respectively. The skin surface deformation field was measured by 3D-digit image correlation (DIC), and its characteristics fully embody the anisortropy of skin. Above results may provide the basis for deep study of facial skin constitutive relation and experimental support for facial biomechanics study.
