      再生冷却结构是超燃冲压发动机热防护的主要形式,具有重要的应用前景。本文根据超燃冲压发动机热防护技术需求,建立了再生冷却结构超高温加热模拟试验系统,解决了再生冷却结构在内部冷却液流动情况下单面承受高温高热流加热模拟问题。本文研制的集分水器,实现了再生冷却结构各流道流量的精确控制。利用该试验系统,顺利完成了再生冷却平板结构1500℃瞬态热试验。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,试验结果可以作为再生冷却平板结构防热性能评定的依据。
英文摘要:
      Regenerative cooling structure is the main form of thermal protection of scramjet engine, which has an important application prospect. According to thermal protection technology requirement of Scramjet engine, a simulation experimental system of super high temperature heating for regenerative cooling structure was established, which has solved the simulation problem in regenerative cooling structure that is internal coolant flow is subjected to high temperature and heat flux on single outside surface. A device which is collecting and separating water was developed in this paper, which realizes accurate control the flux of each flow path in regenerative cooling structure. Based on this experimental system, regenerative cooling 1500℃ plate structure transient thermal experiment was completed successfully. Experimental results show that this experimental system can provide stable and reliable operation; the data obtained from plate structure can be used as evaluation evidence for regenerative cooling.
