      采用自主研制的刮擦实验仪器,对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜进行线性增加法向荷载的刮擦实验,研究基底材料和残余预张应力对LDPE薄膜抗刮擦性能的影响。通过在刮擦过程中发生初始粘滑(stick-slip)和穿刺(puncture)等典型破坏时的临界法向荷载来表征LDPE薄膜刮擦性能。结果表明:1)软质基底可以延缓薄膜在刮擦作用下破坏的发生,LDPE薄膜在软基底(橡胶)上刮擦时的临界荷载大于其在硬基底(铝合金)上的临界荷载,而且基底粗糙度的增加会导致LDPE薄膜的抗刮擦性能下降;2)残余预张应力方向与刮擦方向平行时,薄膜抗刮擦性能随残余应力的增大而上升,而当两者方向相互垂直时,薄膜抗刮擦性能随残余应力的增大而下降。本文的实验研究对LDPE薄膜在包装、医疗手术等应用领域有良好的指导意义。

      In order to study the effect of substrate material and residual pretension stress on scratch resistance of low density polyethylene (LDPE) films, adopting a self-developed scratch experimental instrument, scratch experiment was carried out, based on linearly increasing normal load method. Scratch properties of LDPE film were characterized by critical normal load values of typical failure modes, such as initial stick-slip and puncture etc., during scratching process. Experimental results indicate that 1) soft substrate (rubber) can delay the destruction of film under scratching action. The critical normal load of soft substrate (rubber) is larger than that of hard substrate (aluminum alloy). Moreover, the increase of substrate roughness will lead to the decrease of scratch resistance of LDPE film. 2) When the residual pretension stress direction is parallel to the scratch direction, the scratch resistance of film increases with the increase of residual pretension stress. When above two directions are perpendicular to each other, the scratch resistance of film decreases with the increase of residual pretension stress. Above results may be useful for LDPE film application in packaging, medical and surgical areas.
