激光焊接局部高温会退化航空铝合金的力学性能,降低航空铝合金加筋壁板结构的承载能力。基于铝合金激光焊接件焊缝附近在单轴拉伸载荷下的全场位移数据,本文提出一种用于等向强化弹塑性应力增量更新的单变量返回映射方法,并将这种应力更新策略应用于非线性虚拟场方法中,结合应变场数据反演了距离焊缝不同位置子区处的弹塑性参数,建立了各个子区材料在弹塑性阶段的应力-应变关系。经反演实验结果显示,激光焊接接头局部区域的力学性质明显弱化,热影响区的塑性应变累积较快,是激光焊缝弹塑性力学性能退化最严重的区域。 |

The local high temperature of laser welding degrades the mechanical properties of aerospace aluminum alloys and reduces the bearing capacity of the aluminum alloy reinforced structures. Based on the entire field displacement data of the aluminum alloy laser welding specimen under uniaxial tensile load, this paper proposes a univariate return mapping method for isotropic enhancement elasto-plastic stress increment updating. Then the stress updating strategy was applied to the nonlinear virtual field method. The elasto-plastic parameters at different sub-zones around the weld joint were retrieved by using the strain field data, and the stress-strain relationship was established at the elasto-plastic stage. The inversion results of experiment data show that the mechanical properties around the laser welded joint are weakened, and the plastic strain in the heat-affected zone accumulates quickly, where the elasto-plastic mechanical properties of laser welds are most degraded. |
