主要介绍了PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane, 聚二甲基硅氧烷)-碳纤维复合仿生粘附材料的制备工艺及其粘附性能的测试方法,并测试了该材料在几种不同基底下的法向和切向粘附力。实验结果显示,硅、钛、氧化硅、氮化硅基底中,粘附材料在氮化硅表面的法向粘附力最高(8.24N/cm^2),在硅表面的切向粘附力最高(2.22N/cm^2)。粘附力的大小受基底接触角、粗糙度等多种物理特性的共同影响。本文通过对粘附力与基底的接触角和粗糙度间关系的讨论,为PDMS-碳纤维复合材料今后的应用提供了理论依据。 |

In this paper, the preparation process of PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane)/carbon fiber composite biomimetic adhesive material and its test method of adhesion properties are introduced. The normal and shearing adhesion forces of the material under the condition of several different substrates are also tested. Experimental results show that among silicon, titanium, silicon oxide and silicon nitride substrate, the normal adhesion force (8.24N/cm^2) of silicon nitride surface is the highest and the shearing adhesion force (2.22N/cm^2) of silicon surface is the highest. The adhesion force is commonly influenced by the contact angle, roughness and other physical properties of substrate. In this paper, the relationship among adhesion force, contact angle and roughness of substrate is discussed, which may provide theoretical basis for application of PDMS-carbon fiber composites in the future. |
