航空橡胶密封件是民用飞机舱门的关键部件,是维持舱门密封功能、舱内压力温度环境的重要结构,其成型或装配过程中带来的表面不平整会直接影响整机的密封效果,甚至会对整机的安全带来隐患。本文将三维结构光扫描技术应用于橡胶密封件的平整度测试中,且自主开发了适用于橡胶密封件平整度测试的参数化后处理程序,同时实现了滤波降噪、计算区域提取、平整度计算等多个功能,并通过对实际舱门密封件的形貌扫描实验,验证了三维形貌扫描技术和后处理程序在橡胶密封件平整度测试中的有效性。 |

Aeronautical rubber seals are the key components of civil aircraft cabin doors, which are important for maintaining the sealing function of cabin doors and the pressure and temperature environment in cabins. The surface unflatness in the process of forming or assembling will directly affect the overall sealing effect, and even bring hidden dangers to the safety of the whole aircraft. In this work, three-dimensional(3D) structured light scanning technology is applied to the flatness test of rubber seals, and a parameterized post-processing program for the flatness test of rubber seals is developed independently, which contains the functions of filtering, noise reduction, calculation area extraction and flatness calculation. The validity of the 3D structured light scanning technology with the post-processing program is verified by the 3D profile measurement experiment of the actual door seals. |
