      屈服载荷是评判塑性金属材料由弹性变形转化为塑性损伤的重要指标,由于材料内部组织发生塑性变形的不同时性和不均匀性,导致无法在材料损伤的早期确定屈服载荷值,影响材料损伤评价的准确性。本文采用声发射和非线性超声技术,对Q245R钢双边“V”型缺口试件的单轴拉伸过程进行在线测试,分别得到声发射测试条件下的屈服载荷值FAs和非线性超声测试条件下的屈服载荷值Fβs。通过与试件名义屈服载荷值Fs间的比较得到FAsβss,证明了利用声发射和非线性超声技术能够实现材料损伤的早期检出。
英文摘要:
      Yield load is an important index for evaluating plastic metal material transformed from elastic deformation to plastic damage. Due to the asynchronism and heterogenicity of plastic deformation of material internal structure, it is impossible to determine the yield load value at the early stage of material damage, which affects the accuracy of material damage evaluation. By means of acoustic emission and nonlinear ultrasonic technology, the uniaxial tension process of Q245R steel bilaterally “V” notched specimens were measured on line. The yield load value FAs under acoustic emission and the yield load value Fβs of nonlinear ultrasonic were obtained, respectively. By comparing with the nominal yield load value of Fs, results are obtained as folloes: FAsβss. It is proved that the early detection of material damage can be realized by using acoustic emission and nonlinear ultrasonic technique.
