设计了不同密度金属丝网垫的隔振器并对其进行动、静态试验。首先利用平均刚度法计算非线性隔振器在不同承载质量时的平均刚度,利用平均刚度-承载质量关系曲线计算得到隔振器在不同承载质量下的频率;再经动态试验得到不同承载质量及不同输入振动量级作用下隔振器的动态频率,对比研究隔振器在静态载荷与动态载荷下的频率关系。试验结果表明:金属丝网隔振器在小载荷时表现为强非线性;随着承载质量的增加,非线性逐渐减弱;当承载质量继续增加时出现近似线性刚度现象,此时由静力压缩数据计算的频率可以近似等效于动态试验的频率。本研究可以为金属丝网隔振器的频率设计提供试验依据。 |

In this paper, the vibration isolators composed of different density metal wire mesh pads were designed, and the dynamic and static vibration experiments were carried out. First of all, using average stiffness method, the average stiffness of nonlinear vibration isolator subjected to different loading mass was calculated. Then, the dynamic frequency of isolator subjected to the action of different loading mass and different input vibration magnitudes is obtained by dynamic experiment. A comparative study of frequency relationship between static and dynamic loadings for vibration isolators was carried out. Experimental results show that the metal wire mesh vibration isolator presents strong nonlinearity under the condition of small load. With the increase of load, the nonlinear feature becomes weak and weak. When the loading mass continues to increase, the phenomenon of approximate linear stiffness appears, and the frequency calculated from static compression data can be approximately equivalent to the frequency of dynamic experiment. Above mentioned method may provide experimental evidence for frequency design of metal wire mesh vibration isolator. |
