      带状组织是管线钢中普遍存在的一种缺陷组织,研究带状组织形貌对管线钢拉伸性能的影响具有重要意义。本文首先制备了含有带状组织的管线钢拉伸试样,然后基于数字图像相关方法,结合原位拉伸装置测得了沿轧制方向(Rolling Direction,RD)和横向(Transverse Direction,TD)试样的应力-应变曲线及全场应变分布规律,最后结合带状组织形貌进行了对比分析。结果表明,通常情况下,RD的拉伸性能优于TD,这主要是由带状组织取向所造成的;然而,当RD和TD的带状组织形貌差异较大时,TD的拉伸性能也可能优于RD,如RD中带状组织连续性差的钢强度不一定高于TD中带状组织连续性好的钢,其中不连续不规则分布的带状组织所含的富铁素体区所产生的较大应变集中是导致RD较TD的强度优势降低的重要原因。带状组织取向和形貌均是制约管线钢拉伸性能的重要因素。
英文摘要:
      Banded structure is a kind of defective structure commonly found in pipeline steel. It is of great significance to study the influence of morphology of banded structure on the tensile properties of pipeline steel. In this work, some tensile specimens of pipeline steel containing banded structure are first prepared, and then the stress-strain curves and strain distribution of the whole field of the specimens along the rolling direction(RD) and transverse direction(TD) are measured based on the digital image correlation method combined with an in-situ tensile device. Comparative analysis is carried out in combination with the morphology of the banded structure. The results show that, in general, the tensile properties of RD are better than those of TD, which is mainly caused by the orientation of the banded structure. However, when the difference in the morphology of banded structure between RD and TD is large, the tensile properties of TD may be better than those of RD. For example, the strength of the steel with poor continuity of the banded structure in RD is not necessarily higher than that of the steel with good continuity of the banded structure in TD. The large strain concentration produced by the ferrite-rich region contained in the discontinuously distributed banded structure of RD is an important cause of the decrease in the strength advantage of RD over TD. The orientation and morphology of the banded structure are two important factors that influence the tensile properties of pipeline steel.
