      为了定量地利用CT数研究混凝土的裂纹演化规律,根据基于模糊集合的损伤理论,定义了可以区分混凝土损伤程度的λ水平完整域和破损域;基于截理的概念对混凝土CT扫描图的孔洞裂纹区、硬化水泥石区和骨料区进行了区分,以此为基础定义了混凝土的孔隙率、硬化水泥石率和骨料率。进而对混凝土CT试验过程中试样各扫描断面孔隙率、硬化水泥石率及骨料率的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,利用本方法保证了CT图像信息的完整性,实现了对混凝土的定量化分区研究;利用该方法可以准确地反映出混凝土损伤过程中裂纹的增量和骨料的损伤量;试样中间断面处由内向外损伤依次增加;试验过程中试样各断面处损伤过程各不相同,中间断面经历了裂纹受压闭合、损伤扩容到极限破坏的过程,而试样两端仅经历了损伤扩容到极限破坏的过程。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the strength characteristics and crack evolution law of concrete by CT quantitatively, the λ horizontal integrity domain and damage domain of concrete are defined based on the theory of damage evolution with the fuzzy set. Hole or crack area, hardened cement paste area and aggregate area are distinguished based on the set concept of truncated sets, and the porosity, hardened cement paste rate and aggregate rate are defined. Finally the changing laws of porosity, hardened cement paste rate and aggregate rate of concrete during the process of CT test are studied. The results show that the integrity of the CT image information is ensured by this method, the quantitative subarea study of the concrete is realized, and the increment of crack and damage amount of aggregate are reacted accurately. The damage of the middle section of the concrete samples increases from inside to outside, different sections experience different damage failure processes, that is, the middle section of the specimens experiences a process of compaction-expansion-destruction, while the both ends of the specimen just experience a process of expansion-destruction.
