首先进行了5根大空心率方中空夹层钢管超高性能混凝土短柱和1根实心方钢管超高性能混凝土短柱轴压对比试验,分析了不同空心率(均大于0.5)对试件轴压力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:试件均为端部鼓曲破坏;空心率越大,试件的承载力越低。然后采用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行模拟,并与试验结果对比:模拟试件破坏形态与试验结果相近;由于超高性能混凝土强度较高,试件约束效应系数很小,采用钢管约束普通混凝土的本构关系模型使得大部分有限元计算极限承载力偏高;计算曲线刚度大于试验曲线刚度;空心率越大,超高性能混凝土所承受的荷载占比越小。最后分别采用承载力简单叠加与统一理论两种方法计算试件极限承载力,并与试验值进行比对:承载力简单叠加方法偏于保守,统一理论承载力计算值均大于试验值,但误差在10%以内。 |

In this paper, A comparative axial pressure test was conducted on five large hollow ultra-high performance concrete filled double skin square steel tubes short columns and one ultra-high performance concrete filled square steel tubes short column, the influence of different hollow ratios (all greater than 0.5)was analyzed on the axial pressure mechanical properties of the test member. The test result showed that the specimens were all damaged by end bulging; with the increase of hollow ratio, the bearing capacity is reduced. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the specimens, in which was compared with the test result: the simulated damage form of the specimens is similar to the test results; however, due to the high strength of concrete, the specimen restraint effect coefficient is very small, and the constitutive model of ordinary concrete confined by steel tube makes most of the finite element calculation ultimate bearing capacity is high; the calculated curve stiffness is larger than the test curve stiffness; with the increase of hollow ratio, the percentage of the load carried by the super high performance concrete is reduced. Finally, the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens was calculated by two methods: simple superposition of bearing capacity and unified theory, and compared with the test result: the simple superposition of bearing capacity method is conservative, and the calculated value of unified theory bearing capacity is larger than the test result, but the deviation is within 10%. |
