为准确测试橡胶材料双轴拉伸大变形力学性能,本文设计了适用于方形试样的双轴拉伸夹具,开发了基于图片识别的位移和应变测试方法,基于有限元计算设计了方形试样的几何结构和尺寸。采用所建立的实验方法,测试了硅橡胶在单向拉伸和不同双轴拉伸载荷比条件下的变形和名义应力-伸长率曲线。实验测试与有限元分析结果表明,采用本文所设计的实验方法能准确测试硅橡胶在双轴拉伸大变形条件下的名义应力-伸长率曲线,双轴载荷下试样中心区变形均匀,等双轴拉伸条件下的拉伸应变能达140%以上。 |

In order to accurately measure the mechanical property of rubber material under the large biaxial-tensile deformation, a biaxial tensile clamp is designed for the square specimen, a measurement method for the displacement and strain is developed based on the image recognition, and the geometric structure and the size of the square specimen are determined based on the finite element analysis. Using the developed experimental method, the deformation and nominal stress-stretch curves of a silicone rubber under the uniaxial tension and the biaxial tension with different biaxial loading ratios are tested. The results of the experiments and the finite element analysis show that the experimental method developed in this work can accurately measure the nominal stress-stretch curves of silicone rubber under the large biaxial-tensile deformation, the deformation in the central area of the specimen is uniform under the biaxial tension, and the tensile strain is more than 140% before the failure of the square specimen under the equibiaxial tension. |
