      基于数字图像相关(DIC)技术,对渐开线直齿轮在不同啮合状态下的接触变形特性进行了实验研究。通过测量齿轮在一个啮合周期内的全场变形演化过程,分析轮齿接触区域以及齿根区域这两个关键位置的变形规律,并研究了中心距偏差对轮齿变形的影响。实验结果表明,轮齿接触区域和齿根区域有明显的应变集中现象,并且轮齿应变分布随着齿轮运动变化显著。中心距偏差对于轮齿接触区域以及齿根区域应变演化趋势影响较小,但对于应变极值大小有着显著改变。在一定范围内随着中心距增加,接触区域压应变极值相应增大,其拉应变以及齿根区域的主应变极值则没有明显改变。
英文摘要:
      Based on the digital image correlation (DIC) method, the contact deformation of the involute spur gear under different contact states are studied. By measuring the full field deformation field of the tooth during its meshing period, the deformation features of the contact area and the tooth root are analyzed, and the influences of center distance deviation on the deformation of the tooth are discussed. The results show that both of the contact area and the tooth root have strain concentrations, and the strain distribution of gear tooth varies with the motion of the gear significantly. The center distance deviation has little influence on the deformation tendency of the contact area and the tooth root, but it changes the extreme values of the principal strain apparently. With the enlargement of center distance deviation, the extreme value of compressive strain of the contact vicinity increases, while the tensile strain and the extreme principal strain of the tooth root hardly have variations.
